50 billion of ad impressions in Polish Adkontekst

Since the launch in November 2005, we increased the average monthly number of impressions almost 8-fold, while the average monthly number of clicks – 25 times. As the number of impressions and clicks kept increasing, so has the network reach which is currently close to 12 million real users, i.e. over 73% of the Polish web users (source: Megapanel, February 2009).

After almost four years in operation, the Adkontekst network currently comprises 850 renowned portals. Last year, a number of new, opinion-leading websites joined Adkontekst. The number of interesting vertical websites in each thematic category has definitely increased.

In 2008, we had over 24 billion ad impressions in total, doubling the result of 2007. Number of clicks also increased twice over the same period of the previous year. In the first quarter of 2009, the number of ad impressions has increased by one third compared to the last year, and the number of clicks increased by 23%.

I believe that there are two sources of our growth: new advertising products and honest relations with advertisers and publishers, based on partnership . Difficult times are good for contextual advertising. High campaign effectiveness contributes to increased advertising budgets which in turn positively affects the revenues of websites cooperating with our network.
